Superior Court of California, Family Law JUDICIAL REASSIGNMENT

JUDICIAL REASSIGNMENT CENTRAL DIVISION, FAMILY LAW

Effective Friday, January 27, 2017 Judge Pamela M. Parker will be assigned to Department F-9, Central Family Law Department located at 1409 4th Avenue, San Diego

Cases previously assigned to Judge Cindy D. Davis will be reassigned to Judge Pamela M. Parker in Department F-9.


 

Effective Monday, January 30, 2017 Judge Daniel F. Link will be assigned to Department F-6, Central Family Law Department located at 1555 6 th Avenue, San Diego.

Unless identified otherwise, cases previously assigned to Judge Patricia Guerrero will be reassigned to Judge Daniel F. Link in Department F-6.

 


Effective Monday, January 30, 2017 Judge Patricia Guerrero will be assigned to Department F-5, Central Family Law Department located at 1555 6th Avenue, San Diego on Monday, January 30, 2017.

Cases previously assigned to Judge Maureen F. Hallahan will be reassigned to Judge Patricia Guerrero in Department F-5.

JUDICIAL REASSIGNMENT EAST COUNTY DIVISION, FAMILY LAW

Effective Wednesday, February 1, 2017 Judge Tilisha T. Martin will be assigned to Department 5, East County Division Family Law Department located at 250 East Main Street, El Cajon.

Cases previously assigned to Judge Robert O. Amador will be reassigned to Judge Tilisha T. Martin in Department 5.

JUDICIAL REASSIGNMENT SOUTH COUNTY DIVISION, FAMILY LAW

Effective Tuesday, January 31, 2017 Judge Sharon L. Kalemkiarian will be assigned to Department 17.

Cases previously assigned to Judge Esteban Hernandez will be reassigned to Judge Kalemkiarian.


 

Effective Monday, January 30, 2017 Judge John B. Scherling will be assigned to Department 6, South County Division.

Cases previously assigned to Judge Albert T. Harutunian will be reassigned to Judge Scherling.


 

Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 170.6(a) (2), peremptory challenges are due within 15 days after notice of the case reassignment, or if the party has not yet appeared in the action, then within 15 days after the appearance.
